About Us

Les Goff Consulting was established in 2004. Les Goff was previously President and CEO of Noetic Technologies, Inc. in which he founded in 2004. Noetic Technologies, Inc. was early stage technology and commercialization Company. I worked 16 years with GE in various roles, Product Development, Global Technology Manager, Global Marketing Manager and Business Leader. I am a portfolio entrepreneur and have been involved in over 12 start-ups companies as an investor, CEO, COO, CTO and founder with several successful exits. I am one of the first members of the Mississippi Angel Network and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I developed the model and processes for Noetic Technologies, Inc. that received the 2010 Rucker Award for Innovation between a Public and Private entity.

GE Plastics was the number one engineering plastics supplier to B2B manufacturing clients. As a product developer I worked closely with customers to design materials for their specific applications. I was Site Technologist of the Year and a member of the Global Technology Team of the Year. As a global marketing manager I developed and implemented marketing strategies, set metrics and initiatives for the global electronic market. This provided me with numerous experiences with many different cultures. Later, as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt I led teams that delivered millions of dollars in cost savings, best practices and the teams won numerous awards including the Global Quality Award. I currently teach Lean Six Sigma as an instructor at MSU's CAVS Center. As a General Manager, I was responsible for numerous manufacturing sites, technology teams, sales and marketing teams positioned around the globe while creating several innovative businesses that expanded the color capability and service capability for GE Plastics. Later, as Global Process Technology Manager, I re-invented the global team and their facilities around the world while linking them together as one team. This experience has given me very broad background in marketing, sales, technology, business management and global leadership.
